My Parody Art Displayed For The Exhibition: Reflection Questions: Which part of your drama techniques integrated storybook activity went well and which part needs more improvement? I think overall our group did a great job presenting to the class. We followed the format we were suppose to do and included all the elements we needed. I thought we had a good variety of drama techniques throughout. I think we could of improved putting on our teacher caps and showing how we would act out the drama techniques to our students though.  Having exhibited your pieces at McKay, how do you feel? I am actually really excited that we get to have our pieces displayed and views at McKay. We all worked really hard on being creative and making these projects, it is very exciting to me that we get to show our work to others and maybe inspire their creativity as well! I also volunteered to leave my work in the showcase for a whole semester to let even more people be able to see it.

Our Group's Inclusive Pet Club Poster: We made this as a welcome sign to include all animals for the Pet Club in Monday's Read Aloud as part of the "Person In A Mess" technique. Reflection Questions: What concepts did you newly learn this week? I learned about all the different creative drama techniques I can use in the classroom. I was very unfamiliar with all these words and concepts, so throughout this week I now have a better concept on how I can do these techniques in my future classroom. My favorite ones were "Hot Seating" & "Person In A Mess" These were my favorite techniques because they allow the students to be creative to get in the mindset of the characters or the problem in the story and what they think the characters would do or how they would act. This really allows the students to use their own imagination rather than reading off a script. How do you feel about using drama techniques as a teaching tool? I feel like drama techni...

My AI Assisted Story Book: Refelction Questions: Compare your experience: creating a story on your own VS. using AI to assist. When writing my own story, I was able to come up with a baseline idea rather quickly, however in the 10 minutes we had to write it, I was only able to get through introducing the characters and the first major event. Writing this story completely on my own would have taken a super long time. Using the AI to assist was a huge  help because I was able to ask it to write a story with the baseline idea I came up with and it wrote the entire story within a minute. I was then able to go through and put my own touch on the story Chat GPT wrote with my idea. How can you use these AI programs effectively, efficiently, and meaningfully in school settings as a teacher? As a t eacher you can use these programs in a similar way, we did with this story project. Say if you are planning a lesson and want to pair a book with it, but you cannot find one what you like...

My Parody Art Painting: Title: Piranha Plants My Parody Art Description: I created my Parody Painting with Piranha Plants from the iconic video game Super Mario. The piece was made from a sketch that I then filled in with different colors of paint. My painting is a parody of the famous painting by Vincent Van Gogh titled “ Sunflowers. ” My take on the parody has its similarities and differences from the original. I used the same style for the vase and the background as Van Gogh but instead of the vase being filled with different sunflowers, it is full of some hungry piranha plants and spiky green leaves! I also used a green & blue color scheme in my parody, rather than the oranges & yellows used by Van Gogh. Sunflowers By Vincent Van Gogh: This is the famous artwork that inspired my parody painting
